Our physicians’ offices are fully staffed to make patient’s appointments easy and efficient. 

To schedule an appointment with an OSSO Healthcare Network physician, please contact your physician during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Every effort will be made to provide you with a convenient appointment time.  Early appointment times are available and are offered by some physicians.  Many managed care insurance plans require a referral from your primary care physician to visit a specialist.  Please make sure your primary care physician has authorized your visit to an OSSO Healthcare Network physician if this is required by your plan.

We strive to make sure you, our patients, have a positive experience at OSSO Healthcare Network.  Our physicians may experience emergencies that can result in delays in your appointment time.  Should such a situation arise, every effort will be made to expedite this process, or you will be provided with an opportunity to reschedule your appointment.
